Refund policy

30-day risk-free trial. Wear KINEO for up to 30 days. If it doesn't change how you move, we'll refund every dollar. No restocking fees. No "unworn condition" requirement — we know you have to actually wear it to know.

How to start a return. Email returns@kineo.co with your order number and reason → we'll email a prepaid return label inside one business day → drop the parcel at any post office → once it arrives at our warehouse, we issue your refund within 3 business days.

What's refundable. Full purchase price · original shipping cost · return shipping (we cover it, both directions).

Exchanges. Need a different size, length or leg? Start the return as normal and we'll ship the replacement at the same time — no waiting for the original to arrive back.

Warranty (12 months). Any manufacturing defect inside 12 months — torn stitching, dial failure, silicone delamination — is covered. We'll replace the item at no charge. Normal wear (general fading, loose elastic after a year of heavy use) is not covered.
