Shipping policy

Processing. Orders placed before 14:00 local warehouse time ship the same business day. Orders after 14:00 ship the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times (estimated). 7-14 days

Tracking. Every order ships with end-to-end tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you don't see it, check your spam folder, then email orders@kineo.co.

Delays & lost parcels. If your parcel is more than 10 business days late (international), email us — we'll either re-send or refund, your choice.
